Most EU countries currently are not authoritarian. Countries with political unrest such as Russia, Azerbaijan, Poland, Hungary, Belarus, Armenia, Turkey, Romania, Estonia and Macedonia are seen as authoritarian countries, and this should not be forced onto any country as a sanction because it also compromises democratic rights.
