All British Nationals who are normally resident in the UK, the Crown Dependencies and British Overseas Territories shall have the right to access NHS services free at the point of access. Those who are from the other Realms of the Crown (also known as Crown Subjects) may also have such a right, for as long as British Nationals, expecting British Protected People, have access to the respective Realm's government/publicly-funded healthcare on the same basis as a natural citizen/subject. Commonwealth Citizens who are not Crown Subjects may only access basic, necessary healthcare free of charge. For purposes of healthcare, EU nationals may also continue to benefit from NHS access. As such, EU Nationals will be treated on the same basis as Commonwealth Citizens whom are not Crown Subjects.
