No, but there should be a test to see whether they are fluent in either English, Welsh, Scots, Scots Gaelic, Manx, Cornish, Irish Gaelic or Ullans. And if they aren’t, a 6 month course on learning the basics of one of these languages should be provided so they are able to integrate well into the part of the UK they choose to live in.
