Satire is free speech. Up to the individual if they watch it listen. Those who use satire in their speech and actions have to be prepared for feedback and potential traction. The line between satire and subversive speech can be fuzzy at times.
It goes too far once a reasonable person could not distinguish it from sincerely held beliefs.

I think satire can go too far but unless it is directed at someone who can be offended by the joke it is fine
