Yes - having in demand skills and /or an experienced skillset should demand higher wages. This encourages education, advancement and development.

Yes, but the brackets for wages should be much more.closely aligned. All jobs are important.

I think an universal basic income is a really positive idea and it values equality over economic incentives, which is a more important idea and so I don't see a negative to this.

People who work harder should earn more, but everyone should be given the essentials they need to survive.

 @9HC9MBQLabouranswered…5mos5MO

Yes however everyone should be given the same resources to develop their talent

 @9HCZ2DQLabouranswered…5mos5MO

Everyone should earn enough for their basic needs but the people who work harder deserve to earn even more on top of that.

 @9HCHK2Ranswered…5mos5MO

If you have worked hard to get where you are then you should earn more than someone who doesnt. there are exceptions eg disabled people.

 @9HCKMCWanswered…5mos5MO

From each according to their ability, to each according to their need - everyone should earn enough to cover their needs (which vary from person to person)

In an ideal world everyone should be paid the same. In the current climate talent should are rewarded

 @9HBJ8BLLabouranswered…5mos5MO

Either way, its unrealistic as many people are not in a situation to do this

 @9HCCFF4answered…5mos5MO

Disabled people are just as deserving of everyone else, people can also just not have privileges like they may not have had any money growing up or not have been able to go to school for a disability or bullying because of being gay/a person of colour/disabled-any minority. We do not all have the privilege of being able to go to school and learn.

Yes, it is the VERY fair. It would be wildy unfair to have someone who is a dedicated and hard working person, working 20 extra hours per week, be paid the same amount of money as someone who is lazy, putting in minimal effort to their work and working 0 extra hours per week. Innovation would come to a hault if everyone earned the same, as there would be no incentive/drive for hard work.

 @9HC9JQXanswered…5mos5MO

Everyone should be given what they need to survive, however those who work harder should be given benefits.

 @9HCDGK9answered…5mos5MO

People with more skills and talent as well as qualifications should earn more

 @9HCCQ82answered…5mos5MO

People who work harder and are struggling more with money should earn more

 @9HC9HNRanswered…5mos5MO

i believe that some people should get payed more because they work harder but there should be a livable minimum wage
