I think yes bur the current one isn't good, I feel as if the citizenship test shoukd be to help people understand society of the UK and so to help them live e.g. with a mortgage or taxes

If they're over the age of 16 they should be able to complete key GCSE level exams if not then they shouldn't be accepted.
