Where there is undeniable and irrefutable evidence that someone has murdered another person, on purpose, then the death penalty is justified. Those who murder lose the right to human rights. Even murderers have been given life sentences and yet life doesn't mean life, often they get out early, less than 15 years. But why should they? If you end a life, why should yours be preserved and after 15 years some rejoin society, a right their victim had stolen? A dead person who was killed was robbed of the opportunity to live any life at all. It's not just murder though, paedophiles, rapists and trafficking people also destroys lives, the survivors may live but have no life due to trauma. People committing those crimes should be euthanized as you would a dangerous dog for destroying lives when they violently attack. In some respects, living the trauma is worse than death. We're a society that protects the most abhorrent criminal's while survivors fall into despair.
