The current trident subs are old and are showing their age. If these subs aren't renewed we risk them breaking down putting lives at risk and degrading pur response to a nuclear attack on this country

Nuclear is not a deterrent. If you have use it first it was not a deterrent, if you have to use it second it was not a deterrent. After that it’s just posturing and that can be done without nukes.

Nuclear weapons don't protect a nation, but only seek to inflict further pain and suffering across the world. Every additional Nuke only makes disarmament more difficult and pushes humanity closer to utter destruction.
