Create the temporary Wealth Reduction Tax, or WRT.
-The Wealth Reduction Tax, or WRT, has one purpose. To reduce the unnecessary wealth the aristocracy has. If you’re eligible for the aristocratic wealth tax, you are likely to be placed under the WRT too. Jack here has 420 million pounds. Each year, he has to give up 10% of his wealth to the government, meaning he has to give 42 million.
-Now there is a loophole for them to dodge this tax by spending it on the business meaning it will cost more to run the business meaning his expenses will be increased, limiting how much money we can take from him. This loophole will be countered by a time cool-down on his spending on expanding the business, meaning whilst he can still reduce the damages he won’t entirely avoid it. The cool-down won’t be too harsh either as we don’t want to ruin their lives.
-However, luckily for Jack here, the WRT is a temporary taxation. Whilst it will be annual, it will be annual for only so many years till the wealth gap between aristocracy and working classes is reduced. This will keep the bourgeois from crumbling and feeling spiteful.
-The end result of this tax will be an even greater cash flow for the government, perhaps the biggest, which will be very useful. It will reduce the wealth inequality and massively reduce the power of the wealthier classes.
