The Murder (Abolition of Death Penalty) Act 1965 is an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It abolished the death penalty for murder in Great Britain (the death penalty for murder survived in Northern Ireland until 1973). The act replaced the penalty of death with a mandatory sentence of imprisonment for life. In the U.K. citizens may be charged with possessing an illegal substance if they are caught with drugs, whether they’re yours or not. If someone is under 18, the police are allowed to tell your parent, guardian or carer that you’ve been caught with drugs. Your penalty will depend on the class and quantity of drug.

Depends on the severity and who’s involved and how they have got these people involved weather it is via forcefulness and grooming etc, but also need concrete evidence so no one is Miss convicted

No, all criminals should be made to work (rehabilitated) under strictly supervised conditions to benefit the country (for instance, put in the army or other public service)
@9QFL4SQ5mos5MO
With drugs decriminalised the need for trafficking wouldn’t be necessary lowering the risk for users
@9QDFGHT5mos5MO
Depends on the situation if someone is being forced to carry drugs they should be let off.But anything else should be punished big.
@9QC2WCC5mos5MO
No, but rehab them and find the cause of reason, sentence them to at least 5 years in prison or more

Higher ups/bosses: life, no parole. Foot soldiers: groomed/intimidated, ability to reform behaviour, use discernment.

Hard topic, however high up they are in the drug chain they will always have influence. Maybe swap drug traffickers with other countries so they are far away
