No and yes, criminals should not have the right to vote. They’re aware of the crime they’re committed when doing so, they’re aware their freedom and rights will be taken away, they’re in prisons to bring justice. Based on a long evaluation of good behaviour and if restorative justice is successful then having the right to vote should be granted.
