Vaccinations are essential. But, people have the right not to get them if it is their wish. They should not, however, endanger other people's children in this process.

Without as strong a home school community in the UK, and with a strong public school system, I believe this incentive would work much better than in other places where this is required (such as some states in the US)

Generally, personal freedoms should be allowed. However when those freedoms, infringe on others ability to live a life free from illness, then other public services should be limited.
