Pro-choice, and providing birth control, sex education, and more social services will help reduce the number of abortions

People have no right to decide whether who lives or dies. It needs to be protected more and influenced on how suitable they need to be. Sex should wait till Marriage and there needs to be more piety and social responsibility taught in schools

A child in the womb is a human being. So killing that child is murder. The only way you can justify abortion is to not believe it is a human being, or agree murder of anyone is allowable for the same reasons.

It isn’t right to take away the potential of life without just cause and a threat to life if the mother is the only justifiable reason.

While I agree that there should be more a greater push to provide sex education and social services, the fact is abortions for anyone is denying the miracle of life.

There is little evidence to suggest that is the case. In fact there is a lot of evidence to suggest that the opposite is true. Birth control, sex education and services have improved significantly over many years and yet the number of abortions have continued to increase.

Education and access to free birth control equals better choices when having sex. Less likely to become pregnant

Birth control does not decreases abortion rates and this is clear from the statistics of the last few decades. As birth control use has increased, so has extra-marital sex, and so have abortion rates, whilst birth rates have dropped. This will naturally lead to more accidental pregnancies. If you make extra-marital sex less appealing by the removal of easy access to contraceptives, abortion rates will decrease as less people will likely be having extra-marital sex. Marriage is the place for sex as it creates an environment in which to raise children, and the natural telos of sex is pregnancy. Removing the telos of sex from it is a misapplication of sex. No one has a right to sex, and no one has a right to contraception. Chastity is possible.

Abortions should be used only if women get raped because they will get sex education but that wont change the fact they could get raped.

My nephew was born prematurely at 21 weeks and had a 5% chance of survival. Now he is a healthy child and doing well. I am a woman and although, to some degree, I understand the term "no uterus, no opinion.", where is the father's choice if they don't want the child but the mother does? They're still forced to pay child maintenance, but if they want the child and the mother wants an abortion, the father gets no input, which isn't right. (The only time I think the father gets no input is if they committed SA).
