I’m not against it however i feel as if their should be height limits especially in sports such as running because it creates an un fair advantage

The entire purpose of gender divisions within sports is to reflect the biological differences between men and women. If a trans woman, having gone through hormone therapy and surgery, has become biologically similar to a woman, it stands to reason that it would be acceptable for them to play in women's sports. Same reasoning vice versa for trans men.

Regardless of hormone levels, males have other biological advantages in physical activity over females, such as bone density and reaction speed. Natural women should have a level playing field when competing in physical sports to prevent injury
