Even though the London Underground is very important a job in this particular role wouldn't put too much pressure on the person hence wouldn't have too many duties.

All people should have the right to withhold their labour as it is often the only influencing control they may have. This is possibly more important for essential services where a sense of duty means employees will tolerate greater abuses of their rights.

The right to strike is a fundamental right and no person should be forced to work. If a service is deemed so fundamental then it should be funded and resourced as the market and/or labour force dictates

It is undemocratic if we stop a group of people from having the right to strike if they are receiving unjust treatment. If we say yes to the TSL then where do we draw the line when it comes to unionising as a work force.

It is part of our national liberty to strike. Things like this are a slippery slope to authoritarianism.
