Overseas visitors to the UK are currently charged for hospital visits, dental treatments and prescription drugs. People working for UK-based employers and students on courses of at least six months duration are entitled to at least some NHS hospital treatment free of charge. The government had considered charging for GP consultations, but decided that easy initial access was important to prevent risks to public health such as HIV, TB and sexually transmitted infections.

yes, if not a citizen with insurance/can pay. but it should be provided in an emergency when it can't be afforded, where there are no pre-existing conditions.
We should have a law of reciprocity. If a UK national can do it in their country, the foreign national should be allowed to do it in ours.
Life insurance should be taken out by each visitor before entering the uk and in order to clam medical services
People should have medical insurance that can help pay for any Emergancy before entering the country
Yes, but life saving care should not be denied to those who can prove that they are not financially capable of covering the costs
Emergency care should be costed at the point of need but charged to the government for those who have their verified NHS number. The system should charge the same price direct to anyone who has no NHS number.
Yes if they have insurance to cover it, people who cannot afford treatment should be treated as an exception to this rule
Emergency care should not be denied at the point of use, but a payment plan after should be sorted out after, and travel insurance for medicine should be compulsory for entry into the country.
Yes but they should be insured to come to the country & the cost should be claimed back through their insurance.
Yes if they are visiting, if they are working and contributing to taxes and the community then no they should not pay.
I don’t think anyone should have to pay for any medical treatment in any country, however if we have to pay for healthcare on our holidays to other countries then so should people coming over here
Yes, but at a fraction of the price and provided they obtained their injury or condition accidentally during authorised short stay personal or business holidays in the UK.
If we have to have insurance in their country it should work the same way, if we have to pay in their country it should work the same way
They should pay but a pay structure should be brought in or have insurance requirements only in countries that dont have a dual insurance agreement (countries oay for ppl who fell through the gap of no insurance and noway to pay). Ultimately we should never refuse treatment of critical injuries
Yes but sort into "bands" or "levels" very minimal not a lot at all for low-level things such as, a little higher for things like broken bones and completely free for life saving care. NEVER being over £100.
possibly however, this would be a very easy way for other countries to exploit our free healthcare further worsening NHS budget crisis.
If there is no reciprocal agreement with UK citizens in their country and if treatment is given first and inability to pay erases debt.
As they have not paid UK tax there should be a small charge but it should still be made easily accessible
No, but they should prove it is not a medical holiday.
No, Aslong as they are not being treated for a pre-existing or long-term condition.
Yes, but provide a sensible plan or option for repayment. but shouldn't deny any emergency treatment
Only a fairly small nominal charge
No but as soon as they can pay it back they should.
Yes if they are not a citizen
Emergency care should be free in all countries
No but don't make it open to abuse
Only a small fee to help with cost
Yes, for certain things.
Yes but only to those whom have citizenships in British over seas territory’s or whom have citizenships in common wealth nations
No, healthcare is a right not a privilege
In their first year as a resident
Yes if the bill is relatively low
No, emergency care should not be denied to those who cannot afford it and for those who may be able to.
No, only if it’s an emergency life threatening. Everything else if they are in EU/insurance companies are required to pay their fees.

If they can't afford it, yes.
Emergency care should not be denied to those who cannot afford it but there should be a cost to those abusing the healthcare system in the UK foreign and domestic
depends on where they are coming from and the reason they are delocated.
They should pay if they are here on holiday or business. Not migrants who can’t afford it.
yes but should be given loans in order to afford the treatment
Emergency care should never be withheld but insurance should be required to visit the uk, unless the visitors home countries government has a deal with the uk to cover the costs.
Visitors as in tourists? or three month stays or indefinite? I will assume you mean tourists. There should be a universal travel insurance including medical with a central database and insurance can pay of it but no cost at point of use.
they should pay on entry a fee to allow free use once in the uk
Yes but not at an extortionate rate
Have to pay for health insurance
