Overseas visitors to the UK are currently charged for hospital visits, dental treatments and prescription drugs. People working for UK-based employers and students on courses of at least six months duration are entitled to at least some NHS hospital treatment free of charge. The government had considered charging for GP consultations, but decided that easy initial access was important to prevent risks to public health such as HIV, TB and sexually transmitted infections.

No - emergency care can not be denied, however I think it should be mandatory for them to get a holiday health insurance policy in their own country, which would be claimed on if the cost of the foreign patients care exceeds a certain amount of money

emergency care should not be denied to those who are in need of emergency care, in life threatening situations, but foreign visitors should take out their own insurance cover (like we do when visiting abroad) in order to receive non emergency treatment
@95GSVGL3yrs3Y
It should depend on their income and the degree of medical they require.
@926KNJ33yrs3Y
All depends on where they come from
@8VPG84T4yrs4Y
Yes, but after treatment has been given. Treatment should not be denied at the point of care for emergency situations.
@8TF26V7Women's Equality4yrs4Y
Yes if they are staying for less than a month
@8T56S2Y4yrs4Y
Yes, but at a reasonable price.
@8SVM5L44yrs4Y
Yes, but reduce costs to those who cannot afford it, and have insurance.

Emergency care shouldn't be refused, but no one should be allowed to travel here for the sole purpose of using the NHS. If Brexit is stopped, those in the EU should be allowed non-emergency treatment, if they're insured.

Perhaps a percentage to contribute towards the cost
@9DYT8S32yrs2Y
Every individual should benefit from healthcare that is free at the point of access. Foreigners should pay the full cost of care unless they have purchased health insurance, in which case, they shall recieve a 10% discount. Foreigners belonging to allied nations recieve a 25% discount. Subjects/Citizens of the Crown's other Dominions recieve 50% discount. UK nationals recieve free healthcare based vagrancy and seniority of age. However, UK national may recieve a discount always greater than 50%, the levels of which may vary according to their credits maintained with the National Insurance Schemes.
