Only those from outside the EU and also if they migrate and looking to live here permanently, they should only have to pay for 5 years before it becoming free like a UK citizen

Our country should have agreements set in place with other countries for a 2- way system. If they're country offers it our should too.

Depends on the procedure so emergency care no but non emergency yes via insurance provided before entry to the UK

 @8LWVJ6Janswered…4yrs4Y

Insurance should be required but true emergency treatment should not be denied.

 @99CS8PSGreenanswered…2yrs2Y

Emergency care should not be denied to those who cannot afford it but there should be a cost to those abusing the healthcare system in the UK foreign and domestic

 @98Y47ZQanswered…2yrs2Y

No, but their respective countries should pick up the cost of medical treatment or the individuals risks having their visas revoked if they do not pay within a given period.

 @97WC4L4answered…2yrs2Y

Only if their country requires you to pay for healthcare if you are visiting

 @96WXGCDanswered…2yrs2Y

Those who choose to visit the UK and are not covered by NHS law should pay a minimum for medical treatment as a way of funding the NHS.
