Yes but with stricter safeguarding, and only in certain or absolutely necessary/extreme situation, and there should be stricter, longer and or more in depth, appropriate training and teaching of how to use such, especially the stricter the policies around own or using weaponry and equipment/resources or if deadly/strong weapons etc. And anyone who uses or owns sound should only do so with appropriate reasons and heavy, successful tests to make sure they are fit, etc, mentally and physically, to even use or own such, and against policies and safeguarding should be made stricter and or more secure, and safe for everyone or left to specialised agencies with specialised and appropriate weapons, etc for circumstances and that are again safeguarded with those using/owning such all 100% clear and fit to do so.
