US president Joe Biden has said he is pressing Israel to “significantly get out” of Gaza, after being interrupted by protesters calling for a ceasefire in the Middle East during a campaign stop in South Carolina.
“I understand their passion”, Biden said of the protesters, shortly after beginning his remarks. “I’ve been quietly working with the Israeli government to get them to reduce and significantly get out of Gaza”, he added.
The protesters’ calls for a ceasefire lasted for a few seconds before they were crowded out by chants from the rest of the audience calling for Biden to win “four more years” in office in the 2024 election.

Biden should stay out of it. His country does not have terrorists on their border.

Israel have made their point now. Hamas need to release the final hostages. Then the UN (with a new leader because the current one is anti Jewish) need to step in and keep the peace and broker a plan to move forward.
