Yes, but only if there are treaties on interception and that sovereign nations aren't beholden to other nations as to their use.

No, m no nuclear weapons should be in the UK. China have no good reason to attack l, wy give them one. Let China waste their money on nuclear weapons that probability will show they will never be used
