Hurricane Beryl's Trail of Destruction Across the Caribbean

Hurricane Beryl, intensifying to a Category 5 storm, the earliest recorded in the Atlantic, has wreaked havoc across the Caribbean, leaving at least seven dead and causing widespread devastation.

The storm, which initially hit the Windward Islands, has torn homes apart, knocked out power, and prompted evacuations and cruise ship reroutings as it moves toward Jamaica. Grenada and St Vincent and the Grenadines have reported 'unimaginable' damage, with aerial photos revealing the extent of the destruction. Jamaica, now under a Hurricane Warning, braces for 'devastating' conditions, with the Cayman Islands also on high alert.
