Removing a mural with cartoon characters? That’s just unnecessarily cruel. We should be doing everything we can to make these kids feel safe and welcome, not stripping away what little comfort they have. I’m glad Jenrick admits it was a mistake, but it’s hard to ignore that it happened in the first place. This kind of judgment makes me seriously question whether he's fit for leadership.
