Here we go again—politicians mismanaging funds and then expecting taxpayers to bail them out with yet another hike

If councils can’t balance their budgets without constantly squeezing more money from hard-working people, maybe they should cut waste instead of raising taxes. Funny how there’s never enough money for essential services, but there’s always cash for bloated bureaucracy and pet projects.
