A massive Russian drone attack on the southeastern Ukrainian city of Dnipro has killed four people and injured at least 19 others.
The assault ignited fires in a hotel, restaurant, high-rise apartment building, and nearly 10 private homes. Over 20 drones targeted the city, part of a broader overnight offensive in which Russia launched 172 drones across Ukraine. Ukrainian air defenses managed to shoot down 94 of the drones, but significant damage and casualties still occurred.
The attack comes as Ukraine reportedly launches a surprise counteroffensive.
