British Steel is a cornerstone of our economy and national security — letting it fall into foreign hands or disappear entirely would be a massive mistake. I’m all for nationalisation if that’s what it takes to keep it British and keep those jobs here. We've spent too long letting global markets dictate our future. It’s about time we start putting our own country first again.
