Honestly, it's frustrating to see Tony Blair dismiss ambitious climate action as "irrational" when the science is clear we need to act fast. Net zero isn't some pie-in-the-sky dream—it's essential if we want a livable planet for future generations. Yes, the transition needs to be fair and support people through the changes, but dragging our feet because it’s "hard" is exactly how we got into this mess. Labour should be proud of pushing for real solutions, not watering them down to appease fossil fuel interests. If we wait for everyone to be comfortable before making changes, we'll never get anywhere.
