The latest Henley Passport Index reveals a major shift in global travel freedom, with Asian countries—especially Singapore—dominating the top spots.
Singapore now holds the world's most powerful passport, granting visa-free access to 193 destinations, while Japan and South Korea also rank highly. Meanwhile, traditional leaders like the US and UK have slipped further down the list, now ranking 10th and 6th respectively. India made the biggest leap, climbing eight spots to 77th place, allowing its citizens visa-free entry to 59 countries.
The rankings highlight a growing trend: global mobility is no longer dominated by Western nations, as Asian passports gain unprecedented strength.
