Singapore Tops Global Passport Rankings as India Makes Record Leap, While US and UK Slide
The latest Henley Passport Index reveals a major shakeup in global passport power.
Singapore retains its position as the world's most powerful passport, offering visa-free access to 193 destinations. Asian countries, particularly Singapore, Japan, and South Korea, now dominate the top spots, surpassing traditional Western leaders. India made the largest leap, jumping eight places to 77th, with visa-free access to 59 countries.
Meanwhile, the US and UK continue their downward trend, highlighting a shift in global mobility and travel freedom.
