The forum, which had over 50,000 registered users, served as a key marketplace for stolen data, hacking tools, and illicit services. The arrest follows a four-year international investigation targeting the upper echelons of the Russian-speaking cybercrime world. Authorities allege the suspect was involved in numerous cybercrime and ransomware activities, generating at least $7 million in illicit profits.
