Criminals who have committed minor crimes, such as theft or vandalism, shouldn't be subjected to the same loss of rights as a major criminal, such as a terrorist or paedophile

We cannot pick and choose what we adopt from the Human Rights Act if we are still subject to it, if we do away with it and start from scratch we can tailor this new act to our own needs.
