Keep current levels of spending, but reduce / increase based on human rights violations. Ie, reduce for some countries / increase for others.

Increase or keep same but needs revisions
Increase. The government has pillaged from other nations long enough and it is time they repay what they stole

Country on country basis

Stick to current policy and raise it back 0.7% of GNI at the earliest opportunity. Block aid to countries who violet human rights and promote terrorism. Divert those funds to countries that do niether.

Increase, but only for countries in crisis or third world countries

Its complicated, we should be helping countries that don't have human rights or very little human rights and in places that are suffering.

Has to be country by country basis
@8QMT3ZY4yrs4Y
Stay the same but don’t give to countries that use the money to support their poor whilst there the elite look after themselves - ie China

I understand less about the amount of spending, but do feel that these questions do not reflect opinions on where the money is actually going. 'That harbour or promote terrorism' is a charged phrase - people will disagree on which countries do this and therefore where the spending should go.
