Yes, legalise, tax and regulate it as well as releasing those serving non-violent drug related sentences.

Yes, legalize, tax, and regulate marijuana, and simultaneously ensure comprehensive public health education and robust regulatory frameworks

It should be decriminalised not legalised.

If we decriminalised as opposed to legalising we would reduce prison numbers and I believe it will have a knock on in relation to people using marijuana as an alternative to alcohol. Less violent crime and domestic abuse could be a result.

Yes but only if significant education is provided of the impacts that it has on brain health, and should be encouraged only for medicinal use

Yes, under strict control for medicinal usage only, and also increase penalties where found to be a contributing factor in a crime.

Yes. The deregulation of the cannabis market in the United States has reduced time and increased tax revenue. The same could happen here; decreasing crime and increasing revenue to the Treasury.

Yes, for medical use, but possession for personal use should be decriminalised.

Yes, but only in oil or tablet form with users must own a certificate of proof its medication

Yes to legalisation, tax and regulations and also the immediate release of anyone serving time solely for drug offences. And provide support them into the re-entrance to society.

I would legalise marijuana, but only within certain boundaries. I'd allow a person to have 25 grams of plant material or 5 grams of hashish. Possession of a 10-day supply wouldn't be subject to any penalties for a first-time offense. However, subsequent offenses may be subject to civil penalties or mandated treatment. Medical use would be allowed but personal cultivation for use would be against the law.

Yes, but only to be given to people with mental health background checks to ensure risk of mental health problems being induced from the drug is minimum
