Companies which produce/run AI should be regulated to avoid oligopoly but not necessarily any more than any other potentially revolutionary market. This is therefore not about the ethics of AI, but of political control by private companies, which I believe should be restricted

I personally believe AI isn't good for the world in most circumstaces and just because it's popular at the moment doesn't mean it should become mainstream and be widely available to make lives easier when the fact is it makes human error more frequent.

Depends on the level of regulation. Illegal or dangerous activity should be regulated but not at the cost of creative or beneficial uses of AI.
