Give people the choice to opt in to a policy that is fully controlled by the government. People that choose to not be included have to pay for service.

The Uk should adopt a similar Medicare system as Australia. Money would Go back into the system but the people Paying the money would be over a certain income. All means healthcare works have a decent wage which many currently don’t.

Private services should be available if people can and want to pay - with the investment put back intot the NHS. But not at the cost of free healthcare for all.

More Government funding but encouraged to be professionally run. The private contracts that currently exist within the NHS reduce flexibility to source better/fairer priced products right down to stationary
