Staff should be treated better

Nhs currently wastes so much money. They should be looked into onto how much money is being wasted in the nhs. People should also be fined for wasting the time of a&e staff and for missing appointments when a translator or therapy is required
@95VPZ7Y3yrs3Y
Government should provide basic healthcare GP and A&E and allow insurance to cover enhanced cover
@95TM7BF3yrs3Y
More, and transfer to a National Health Insurance system to give patients more choices
@95TLNZ33yrs3Y
I think people should be able to access private health care if they wish ...private health insurance premiums should not be taxed
@954MZBF3yrs3Y
Whatever works most efficiently!
@943JTYJ3yrs3Y
Incentivize the performance of healthcare services based upon patient satisfaction Providers can budget aspects of privatization of service they own
@93X35F83yrs3Y
Depends on if it will increase quality while reducing costs
@93RF33Z3yrs3Y
Increase efficiency, budget is not the issue
@92XZJD73yrs3Y
More government funding is needed however, money from private companies to improve infrastructure and quality is also needed
@92QZ3YB3yrs3Y
All hospitals should be run as private organisation or not for profit organisation. Medical fees for citizens should be funding from national insurance.
@92Q6SPH3yrs3Y
I'm satisfied with the current system, but more funding is needed for healthcare services
@929QSC93yrs3Y
Approach varies regionally.
@8ZXYK2K3yrs3Y
Which is more cost effective and ensures the better personal care.
there is a place for privatisation of heathcare. the treatment should be the same no matter what, but if it reduces waiting list lengths for those who can't afford to go private then that can be a positive
@8Z4D76D3yrs3Y
Depending on certain health problems and job status (having a job) should decrease privatisation.
@8YWRHDL3yrs3Y
It has become abundantly obvious that the top down, state run nature of the NHS is woefully inefficient and the black hole in the budget isn't going to be sorted out by the government alone; more cash needs to be injected into this dying organisation by private funders. There needs to be an open and frank national debate on this subject.
@8YT74D83yrs3Y
More and less because it depends on how good the services are.
@8XYBLDY3yrs3Y
Have a healthcare system similar to Germany.
@8XCPW323yrs3Y
I think the privatisation of hospital and healthcare services is fine as it is. No need for improvement.
@8WMX3QP3yrs3Y
More for wealthier people.
@8TXG2TD4yrs4Y
Primary and emergency care must continue to be free at the point of use and paid for through tax
@8TJNWLB4yrs4Y
Whichever achieves the best quality
I am satisfied with the current amount of privatisation but there needs to be more national funding from the government
@8SN5XZ54yrs4Y
I think a contribution should be made towards healthcare but perhaps not the full amount for those that can’t afford it. It will encourage people to attend their appointments or get charged for failing to attend
@8SM9GJ64yrs4Y
If it does motives service
@8SJPXYK4yrs4Y
It can stay as it currently is, just be more efficient for citizens.
People above a certain income band should have to use private health care to relieve stress on the nhs
@8RCS3N34yrs4Y
I am satisfied with the current system, but patients that are involved in accidents of what is their fault to have happened should pay for the treatment.
More but affordable with government funding.
@8Q5CB7G4yrs4Y
Only where this would benefit the economy and improve the services
@8P8GZV7Conservative4yrs4Y
If you can pay for better, you should get better treatment.
@8NCG7D74yrs4Y
Privatise where possible. Subsidise care for low income families that are financially reliant on one member of the family - in addition to currently eligible citizens.
@8KR4LDQ4yrs4Y
Private services should be available if people can and want to pay - with the investment put back intot the NHS. But not at the cost of free healthcare for all.
@8JRR7QV4yrs4Y
Neither; they shouldn't mix.
@8H283Y64yrs4Y
Red herring. Look at effectiveness of whole system
@8CN8F6M5yrs5Y
If it improves provision
@974T33M2yrs2Y
Should be run like a military establishment
@96HYZMD2yrs2Y
Where appliacle and where automation can help
@8W4P85Q4yrs4Y
the health care and hosdpital system now and for example here in coventry it is horrible and you wait for nothing. wheresas if u want private healthcare you have to pay hundreds or even thousands of pounds just to get a proper health care requirey when not everyone has the money for that. the hospitals and health care here should just be better.
@8PTSNGH4yrs4Y
more privatised in certain areas but keep a single payer system
