More, but to a point where it is affordable and still receives some government funding

 @96Q2FHManswered…2yrs2Y

The healthcare system right now is useless unless you are about to die. Needs more money and care about people not numbers. It's a computer system that has lost all humanity

 @962RHGVanswered…2yrs2Y

certain sectors could be made private but still affordable or free of cost

 @95YM953Libertariananswered…3yrs3Y

Reform of the system is required this does not mean more privatisation. Funding is now adequate but needs to be used more effectively.

 @95XC9MFanswered…3yrs3Y

Hospital and health care services should be provided for free to UK citizens, with the capability to transfer patients into the private sector where necessary to improve NHS waiting times and the quality of health care provided

 @95TBYXBanswered…3yrs3Y

fully nationalise NHS but allow private health services to be set up, so that the people have option to choose

 @95JCCFGConservativeanswered…3yrs3Y

Keep NHS hospitals and services public and end free at the point of service while developing a private healthcare system

 @9447PFPLiberal Democratanswered…3yrs3Y

Whatever policy strikes the right balance between fair access, affordability, and quality

 @93YZ7R2Liberal Democratanswered…3yrs3Y

Depends on what maximizes operational efficiency whilst supporting local workforces

 @93QFSC7answered…3yrs3Y

Like I said the nhs deserves more funding and recognition for what they have done especially during the pandemic

 @93MNVW5answered…3yrs3Y

Reduce funding, reduce non-clinical staff, review wasteful purchasing police

 @93K98CQanswered…3yrs3Y

 @93DHDFWanswered…3yrs3Y

More, allow more privatisation but make sure public hospitals still receive an adequate funding.

 @93CR24Xanswered…3yrs3Y

Money should be better spent within the NHS and there should be more accountability for the wasting of funding within government. Privatisation is not the solution as it only benefits those who can afford it and will lead to the deprivation of quality of service for the few

 @92SH78Canswered…3yrs3Y

Less but only if it clearly improves efficiency or effectiveness and has strong regulatory oversight

 @92RCNS5answered…3yrs3Y

Less privatisation, reenforce better management and cost effectiveness, spend less on foreign donations and donate stocks of supplies due to be removed from service dues to going out of date.

 @92QSTSSanswered…3yrs3Y

Give people the choice to opt in to a policy that is fully controlled by the government. People that choose to not be included have to pay for service.

 @92QKLL4answered…3yrs3Y

Less, fix the system and the removal of ineffective and ineffective trust leadership, management, workers on the ground, improve the process with teams targeted to bring positive change at all levels and patient care, the system is corrupt.

 @92PQR85answered…3yrs3Y

More privatisation but subsidising individual private medical aids (Dutch system)

 @92NBQLGanswered…3yrs3Y

 @92MZV7Nanswered…3yrs3Y

More, as long as public healthcare has sufficient funding to function effectively

 @92LXPFWanswered…3yrs3Y

They should have 2 separate systems - Half privatised and half the current system but invest a lot more money into it.

The NHS is cripplingly horrendous! In every way! It needs a HUGE change!
We need more UK born doctors too! So more money is needed to get people to want to work in the industry.

 @92JLLL7Conservativeanswered…3yrs3Y

I am happy with the current level but increase funding for all health services

 @92CFKM6answered…3yrs3Y

I do not believe it should be more privatise but funding should be applied more efficiently. everyone should be entitled to basic health treatment.

 @92343CFanswered…3yrs3Y

Remove the gp as gatekeeper to more advanced care. But don't follow the US insurance centred model.

 @8Z34VHFanswered…3yrs3Y

Neither, enact a more stringent budget for purchasing equipment whilst raising nurses salaries and hiring less agency staff.

 @8Z2ZGDQanswered…3yrs3Y

Increase scrutiny for public spending on equipment, increase nurse pay and reduce use of agency nurses.

 @8YTBNQYanswered…3yrs3Y

More where the service can be improved, less where it is currently sub-standard. Any privatisation should be done via contracts and not on a permanent basis. Also introduce a small NI rebate for those who choose to go fully private

 @8YJ3JSBanswered…3yrs3Y

more privatisation where it can be shown to increase quality and reduce costs - ideally a quasi privatised system

 @8YH3D69answered…3yrs3Y

 @8YG3RZGanswered…3yrs3Y

Less, and there should be an option to opt-out of National Insurance and you would have to pay for healthcare.

 @8YDVK4Tanswered…3yrs3Y

 @8Y9M9HTanswered…3yrs3Y

 @8Y69MP9answered…3yrs3Y

More, but it should be medical professional led and through the form of Community Interest Companies as updated with lessons from the B-Corp movement.

 @8Y5QDBXanswered…3yrs3Y

 @Bethrachelanswered…3yrs3Y

Less, should be more government funding and part that are privatised should be regulated

 @8Y43Y5Kanswered…3yrs3Y

Privatise the system for people who are employed. It should be a law that PMI is part of every employee’s benefits package.

 @8Y39SH9answered…3yrs3Y

Leave it as it is, but more staff are required to keep health settings afloat

 @8Y2Y8TVanswered…3yrs3Y

If privatisation can help the wealthy contribute extra that can be fed back in to the NHS, I think everyone would benefit. Yes, the wealthy would have an improved private health care, however the costs transferred would ensure everyone at least has health care.

 @8XWHGM7answered…3yrs3Y

Again I care about service so whatever outcome is for the best service is the one I want

 @8XVBH2Fanswered…3yrs3Y

Yes but make the healthcare for private hospitals more affordable for the average wage family

 @8XM7KQPanswered…3yrs3Y

Foreigners pay for their own healthcare British citizdns deserve free right

 @8X26NG6answered…3yrs3Y

Less but everyone should have an equal opportunity to the best treatments regardless of whether or not the could pay

 @8WRYKMJLiberal Democratanswered…3yrs3Y

Circumstance. A man walks in and has just shot 2 rounds of heron, on deaths door. Naturally NHS would go to save the person the most at risk. I believe that depending on accident. Which i know is not likely but there should be more effort

 @8VDJRYGanswered…4yrs4Y

make space for more young people with cronical conditions but don't disregard elders probolems for the excuse for being old

 @8V9SQH9answered…4yrs4Y

 @8TYCBQQanswered…4yrs4Y

I am in favour of privatisation where it improves efficiency and quality, however it should not rule out healthcare for people, it should never be unaffordable for the individual.

 @8TVB3D3answered…4yrs4Y

People should not be driven to pay for healthcare. Any private healthcare a person receives should be deducted from their taxes as this is a failure of the public sector.

 @8TNCS6Danswered…4yrs4Y

more, provided they are integrated cooperative organisation working on a not for profit basis.

 @8TBDKJXanswered…4yrs4Y

Less, and there should be no privatisation of the healthcare industry and provide more government funding

 @8T9G8BHApolitical Democratanswered…4yrs4Y

More because come a crisis, the government will have less on their hands

 @8SV8J6Manswered…4yrs4Y

Less privatisation of hospital, but more privatisation of healthcare services if there will be increased quality.
