Less but only if it clearly improves efficiency or effectiveness and has strong regulatory oversight

Privatise the system for people who are employed. It should be a law that PMI is part of every employee’s benefits package.

 @8Y2Y8TVanswered…3yrs3Y

If privatisation can help the wealthy contribute extra that can be fed back in to the NHS, I think everyone would benefit. Yes, the wealthy would have an improved private health care, however the costs transferred would ensure everyone at least has health care.

Circumstance. A man walks in and has just shot 2 rounds of heron, on deaths door. Naturally NHS would go to save the person the most at risk. I believe that depending on accident. Which i know is not likely but there should be more effort

Less, and there should be no privatisation of the healthcare industry and provide more government funding

Create more non-nationalised, not-for-profit healthcare organisations within a context of greater emphasis on health insurance and personal liability for lifestyle-related health outcomes (like smoking).

 @8S86Y9Kanswered…4yrs4Y

The current system is not fit for purpose there is significant waste and there needs a major overhaul. More money (possibly by taxes increased) and less waste. The social state needs to be reduced for those able to work.

 @8S4PCNSanswered…4yrs4Y

I think it should be mostly nationalised but then the services offered by should match those offered by private ones. So I guess more funding but also controling that the services offered are up to standard. Some private healthcare is also okay.

 @8NYMBXZanswered…4yrs4Y

Less and the nhs should become a voluntary system that taxpayers have the right to remove themselves from if they do not wish to receive treatment

 @8N7R3JFConservativeanswered…4yrs4Y

NHS has been abused for minor issues and should not be free for self inflicted issues

 @8DG6Z65answered…5yrs5Y

Both they should only make people that can afford it to pay for it and the people that can't pay for it get the same service that we have currently.

 @92KVTKQanswered…3yrs3Y

Parts of the healthcare system whose privatisation would improve quality of care and cost for the public should be privatised. Parts of the system for which privatisation would encourage private companies to prioritise profit over healthcare and cost benefits for the public should not be privatised.
