Lower PAYE tax rates and increase taxes on the truly rich via capital gains tax and closing the non dom loophole

Increasing taxes on the rich creates loopholes for the wealthy to abuse and consequently, the so called working and middle class suffer. Taxes should be proportionate to ensure people can enjoy an affordable standard of living.

Also definitions of what rich, working and middle classes need to be examined because for the latter, middle class assumes a level of wealth but in reality these groups are struggling to take care of their bills

It would make sense to raise taxes for the rich, but I think it is more efficient to lower taxes for the poor.

Reform the tax system, increase tax on the rich and lower tax on the poor

When referring to rich this should simply affect people with an income of over 2-5 million per year, taxing the very rich won't make a massive difference to them where as the rich that fall into upper middle class it seems less fair to put them under the same laws.
