The incredibly rich should be taxed more heavily. But not people who have worked incredibly hard for their money and wealth.

Similar to the Scottish structure, I would prefer more staggered bands of tax to not discourage growth when at tax band limits

I think there should 2 brackets for finance. The bracket that cannot afford high taxes, and the bracket that can. The former should be salaries up to 25k per annum and they should have a separate tax level. The latter should be salaries above 25k per annum and they should all pay equal tax.

Make a sliding scale on tax, so after 12,500 you only pay 7%tax at 18,000 10% and over 20,000 20% and so on, but you shouldn't pay over 40% tax

No but they should be asked to give SOME of their money to the poor ( not giving to them in person but to groups) or to help the country

Too simple to say just raise tax on the rich. But the richest should be prepared to pay more towards the state, but base it on wealth that is disposable.
