Yes, if the crimes are terror related. Otherwise, provided they are legal British citizens they should serve their sentence in the UK.

 @95KK3SJanswered…2yrs2Y

No, they should serve their sentence but have the right to choose whether they serve it in the UK or in their home country, and have the right to live where they want after time served.

 @95BRHC7answered…2yrs2Y

Only if it is safe to return to their own country. If not keep them in prison in the UK so they still serve time. .

 @955SD9Ganswered…2yrs2Y

No, unless they happen to be guilty of illegal entry. Immigration status of an offender doesn’t make victims of crime sleep any better or worse

If they committed the crime in the country, they are the responsibility of the country.

 @93ZLT3Sanswered…2yrs2Y

Only if they have entered the country illegally, otherwise, they should be tried and go to Prison like any other citizen.

 @93Y39DXanswered…2yrs2Y

No, only if the have entered the country illegally and are not a recognized refugee

 @93FMSRQanswered…2yrs2Y

If it’s violent crimes, sexual crimes or pedophiles then deport legal and illegal immigrants. Any financial crimes or drug related crimes then they don’t have to be deported.

 @93B253Panswered…2yrs2Y

No, they should have a right to a fair trial in the UK and if found guilty they should remain imprisoned for the whole of their sentence in the UK

 @9358RW9answered…2yrs2Y

Only if they moved here less than two years ago. Otherwise, it is their social environment here that has created the criminal

 @92YXDMQanswered…2yrs2Y

they should serve the appropriate time in prison but not be deported

Depends on length of time in UK and whether they have dependent relatives

 @8ZD5Q6Manswered…2yrs2Y

No, even if they entered “illegally”, people are still people ffs

 @8YWMSFTanswered…2yrs2Y

They should be deported as soon as they commit a crime if they are found guilty.

 @8YMV9DSanswered…2yrs2Y

No, Immigrants should be treated as members of our country. Meaning they receive identical treatment to a citizen who commits a serious crime

 @8YGGHN7answered…2yrs2Y

 @8YCKZLDanswered…2yrs2Y

depends on circumstance - if safe to go back to origin country, depends on crime, fair trial may need to serve sentence here first tho??

 @8Y83KX7answered…2yrs2Y

Mostly no, and not automatically. If their immigration/residency status would still be valid time-wise at the end of their sentence, then they should not be deported. Otherwise it could be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 @8Y5HBZ9answered…2yrs2Y

If they do not have a British passport then deportation to a safe, allied or commonwealth country should be a legal option but not a mandate

 @8Y3JSV9answered…2yrs2Y

Yes if they even committed pickpocketing the sould be deported I think people from sertain nations shouldn’t be allowed in the uk

 @8XXYMYTanswered…2yrs2Y

It depends on how serious the crime is and if they put everyone in danger

 @8XWWJV5answered…2yrs2Y

yes only if it's safe for them to go back and if they have committed a violent crime.

 @8XWS3MBanswered…2yrs2Y

No, Unless they have entered here illegally and will not be persecuted if they go home
