No. Change it to a citizens chamber like jury service so everyone may get an opportunity to serve and see how the process works for a set term

No and the Lords Temporal should be entirely hereditary save for the Law Lords (who should be reinstated and the Supreme Court abolished.) I'd be willing to consider repealing the Tenures Abolition Act 1660.

- Abolish the existing House of Lords to Create the House of Academics, made up of the most highly accredited PHD recipients in fields such as, Economics, Politics, Medicine, Science etc. Make sure they are not allowed to act in favour of any political party
