Yes, but the problem with a two house electoral system is that it draws attention away from the house of commons. which needs reform I do think we need a scrutinisation committee that looks at leglilation. But I think the public as a whole are not informed enough about who can be selected to be there.

No, but reform the House of Lords to be experts from industry and civil matters, remove political appointments, and remove life peerages.

Yes, reform it into a Senate with broadly the same constitutional functions and duties but with elected members.

No reform the House of Lords into a senate. 1 seat per current constituency area. Elected via FPTP. Addition members elected from several specialties / industry groups to allow for informed debates. Reform House of Commons to multi-seat constituency elected via PR-STV

Abolish hereditary lords. Bring in experts in various fields. Science art economics etc.
