There should be reform from within to correct the imbalances of power between the European Union governing bodies, without a full dissolution of the organisation as a whole.

Depends on whether the laws have been considered for all nations.
Each country should be able to make decisions that affect them alone, but where the decision will affect more than 1 country, there should be a higher level.
@8ZLKHR53yrs3Y
As long as the European Commission has no authority over the UK, it doesn't matter if it's dismantled or not.

The following is what the actual EU say on their website in response to someone asking: "Can a complaint be made to the EU Commission?"
"The Commission may decide not to open formal infringement procedure, even if it considers that a breach of EU law has occurred. Certain cases can be dealt with by other mechanisms at EU and national level, which are more appropriate."
Make of that what you will...
Now to explain why they should most definitely be dismantled:

I support democracy and the participatory political vision of the European Commission. I suspect that quite a lot of reform is needed as it seems like there are a lot of ‘multi-polar-traps’ that force the EC into behaving in some not very good ways - as it did with Greece in the 2010s. I certainly would not identify as a Marxist, but it seems like issues of class and power are eroding the likes of the EC too.
