A large number of users are the wealthy or middle classes, the impact is felt in deprived neighbourhoods through gang violence and knife crime. I say criminalise the users as well as the dealers if that’s the case. They’re equally bad.

No but perhaps marijuana could be allowed in limited areas, doses and prescription uses (without the widespread abuse that has been seen in California)

Increased and tougher penalties and court orders for those convicted of any drugs supply offence, county line or gang involvement whilst investing in support addiction services
