I would decriminalise all drugs as I believe in putting the emphasis on rehabilitation and a new social care plan to help people understand the effects of drugs. I think by decriminalising all drugs, this will lead to the reduction in overdoses, HIV infections, and drug related crime.

Yes

Yes that is exactly the thing we need to do Switzerland tried this in the 1980s when they had a heroine problem to amazing results. ( 50% drop in deaths by heroine overdoses is just one of the amazing results)

Yes but only for cannabis as I feel we could tax this to bring more income to the uk. Most people smoke it anyways

The use of drugs should not be criminalized in a private setting, however the sale of drugs should be done in a regulated setting to prevent the need of users to purchase from unsafe and unethical sources

 @9NZFG2Banswered…10mos10MO

Yes, but strict laws should be placed around illegal acts whilst being on drugs, providing drugs and trafficking.

 @9NBX27LLabouranswered…10mos10MO

Yes, but there will always be a black market. For those selling and trafficking through the black market, penalties should be harsher.

Yes, but tax the drugs according to the system of grading before decriminalising.

 @LABkeironLabouranswered…3yrs3Y

Only lower class drugs that are similar to the drugs that are already legalised.

 @8VC3QHVanswered…4yrs4Y

Yes, but we should set up rehabilitation for all those afflicted by drug abuse. Despite this we should still imprison drug dealers as they only serve to spread depression and suffering.

 @8TKKKHXanswered…4yrs4Y

Yes, but with tight control and restrictions on where and how it can be used.

 @8SJ6DMJLiberal Democratanswered…4yrs4Y

Yes, but drugs such as cannabis for people who suffer from epilepsy should be legalised

Legalise marijuana and increase funding for addiction prevention and rehab.

I would say the most important drug to decriminalise is cannabis. I think that there has been some good research put into the effects of CBD and how it could help for example someone with epilepsy to gain relief from seizures. I don't think that all drugs should be decriminalised though. I think that if CBD is seen as a very positive alternative, medicines should be made for the individuals who need it rather than allowing people to abuse it.

For most drugs yes weed and others less harmful And sentences to be shortened to 6 months to 5+ years depending if it’s violence included For hard drugs. More punishments for pedos instead

For a drug such as cannabis, CBD products should be allowed and I am of the belief that we could increase our economic value by producing medicines for people with specific health issues who could use a cannabis based product. The UK could trade this product with other nations.

 @8JS6QHZanswered…4yrs4Y

I would decriminalise cannabis but only in a medical format. I would put funding into getting medicine available for those who need it, for example, people with chronic pain or epilepsy.

 @8G55PKYanswered…4yrs4Y

I would decriminalise cannabis. There are certain benefits, specifically from CBD, which can help people with various health issues such as epilepsy. There should be medicines made which feature CBD so that people don't start to become hooked and abuse this. But that would possibly be the only drug I'd decriminalise because if used in the right way, CBD could prove to be a great thing for some people.
