Yes but only for natural drugs such as cannabis, magic mushrooms and LSD then increase funding to rehabilitation to help the people with problems recover

 @9QLCZV4answered…9mos9MO

Weed should be decriminalised, but all other drugs should be a criminal offence. However, I feel the police have more important things to deal with then drugs. We say we have no spare prisons... So stop giving them such ridiculous sentences, and look at other forms of punishment.

 @9Q7BWRYanswered…9mos9MO

There is no argument for legalising hard drugs and the laws of hard drugs should be enforced more strictly. However, I would support a public consultation and a referendum on the legalisation of softer drugs

 @9Q5Q6B2answered…9mos9MO

Yes, but with funding for addiction treatment and greater restrictions on drug use, including smoking, in public

 @9NZZGL7Greenanswered…10mos10MO

Drugs should be regulated based on their impact, and benift vs damage and the way they are being used.

 @9M3FFW6answered…11mos11MO

if a drug can benefit someone who has a long term or terminal illness then this should be decriminalised

 @9L879JSanswered…12mos12MO

YES very important to NOT hold the user accountable and we need more access to some substances on a legal level for cognative and behavial but after some research.

my advice look to the US Cannabis market first don't sell the LEAF only import the concentrate pre-distilled

see THC extract could become the new WINE in 200 years as the substance has a very spread out effect some gives muscel control so could be useful for MS sufferers or people. but autism and ADHD could also be treated with a threshold daily dose too.

but again i am aware abuse of substances can be harmful too we haven…  Read more

Everything but weed and help people who do use drugs in mass amounts slowly not use as much and controll weed use

 @9H2CRSNanswered…1yr1Y

i think that drugs are probably one of the wort things to even think about legalizing i even belive that even nicotine is bad and that giving people the option to ruin their lives with drugs is terrible

 @9GKJ7H3answered…1yr1Y

Drugs used in a medicinal manor should he decriminalised but those that harm or cause harm to the person should have restrictions and be sanctioned .

 @9DFNCLGanswered…2yrs2Y

No, but sentences should be open ended and to a secure medical facility, not prison, where release is conditional on being free of addiction for a certain agreed period.

 @9NXDLL2answered…10mos10MO

Criminalise dealers rather than users. Addicts need help and support to end their dependency, not criminalisation.

 @9NS6QRTanswered…10mos10MO

Decriminalise drugs that offer medicinal benefits when offered by medical professions and only under supervision.

 @9MZPF3W answered…10mos10MO

Yes but it should be illegal to sell drugs and dealers should be prosecuted. Increase support for drug users and make it mandatory

 @9FW5ZK9answered…1yr1Y

Addiction should be dealt with as for smoking/alcohol but we should have harsher sentences for dealers

 @8WWSS52Greenanswered…3yrs3Y

 @8R6N8Z8Conservativeanswered…4yrs4Y

Yes but only ones that are not harmful long term to the user such as cannabis

 @9CYFQD7answered…2yrs2Y

No, not if it's blanket decriminalisation, the legality of each drug should be treated on a case by case basis. Also, increase funding for addiction prevention and rehabilitation

 @92PS344answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but issue harsher punishments for felonies committed while under the influence

 @92HWWPTConservativeanswered…3yrs3Y

Only for marijuana,which can be life saving. Chemical drugs should remain illegal

 @8XPXHPBGreenanswered…3yrs3Y

Drugs that put ones health at risk should be banned but, drugs that are safe for recreational and medical purposes should be allowed, but only under a certain set of rules that protects the users and those around them. Also decrease sentencing and increase rehabilitation.

 @8WGWV4Lanswered…3yrs3Y

Yes and no some drugs should for example those that could help medical advancement. But there should be more funding for rehabilitation and issue lesser sentences for youth particularly around drug possession depending on the amount, intent and class of drug. Also reduce sentences that are affected by these law if they are enforced to make it fair for everyone.

 @8W4VKGPanswered…4yrs4Y

It depends on the drug. Some should be legalized and some should have a harsher punishment

 @8V32GGPGreenanswered…4yrs4Y

Yes, we should regulate the recreational drug industry and support those who are stuck in drug abuse

 @8TVB3D3answered…4yrs4Y

Yes- and legalise and tax drugs. The money can be used to increase funding for addiction prevention, rehabilitation. Anyone serving time for drugs should be retroactively released.

 @8S8VSKSGreenanswered…4yrs4Y

Yes, in cases where legislation and regulation would reduce deaths caused by misuse, or by lethal contamination. Or in cases where it would reduce crime.

 @8R74V83answered…4yrs4Y

Privatize and age restrict all drugs, and make declarations of the risks of said substances mandatory, as well as positive advertising therefore illegal within the UK. People should not be treated like cattle, they can make their own decisions and are responsible for the consequences therefore.

 @8R3QQ8Nanswered…4yrs4Y

No, but heavily detract children through the education system in secondary school from use, and encourage dislike for them

 @8QTR84Lanswered…4yrs4Y

Yes, incrementally, prioritising mental and physical health purposes, and helping those who are adversely effected as is the case for alcohol

 @8Q6F3TYanswered…4yrs4Y

 @8PP6MHKanswered…4yrs4Y

Yes, only for recreational drugs that could help with illnesses (i.e. Marijuana)

 @8PH9K3Nanswered…4yrs4Y

 @8NTHFL7answered…4yrs4Y

 @8LNG894answered…4yrs4Y

Yes for less dangerous drugs s.g. Marijuana, and minimise prison time for people on drug related charges

 @8KJSS5Wanswered…4yrs4Y

 @8HCVV43Greenanswered…4yrs4Y

Decriminalise medically beneficial drugs and increase funding for rehab and addiction prevention

 @8GVYBDHanswered…4yrs4Y

Yes, decriminalise recreational drugs but also increase funding for addiction prevention and rehabilitation

 @9CWHV83answered…2yrs2Y

For drugs that don’t cause fatalities ie marijuana, mushrooms ect decriminalise and retroactively reduce sentences. For dangerous and fatal drugs like heroin, fentalyn ect keep as is

 @9B7ZNCTanswered…2yrs2Y

 @92YXDMQanswered…3yrs3Y

decriminalise drugs like marijuana but not class a drugs, and reduce sentences for those serving time
