Yes and improve education on drugs so people know what they’re getting into

 @9QJ2RXYanswered…9mos9MO

Yes but only if it is monitored for medical use and increase funding for addiction rehabilitation and prevention.

Yes, possession sentences should be replaced with enforced rehab. Drug dealing and manufacture should still be illegal.

I think addicts need to be given treatment and it is the dealers and traffickers themselves that are to blame, however, drug use leads to crime and so there needs to be a review to keep drug use illegal but give the correct support rather than extreme punishment.

People should know the risks, and then be left to do what they want. However, the rest of society should NOT be made to pay for their mistakes.

Alcohol is worse than drugs, I think certain drugs like weed should be more of a right than drinking

 @9G7HFGKanswered…1yr1Y

We should increase funding for addiction and rehabilitation centres and we should decriminalise them for most but not all drugs however instead place high taxes on them.

 @9NL648Ranswered…10mos10MO

Yes, for all but the most harmful drugs and retroactively reduce sentences for those already serving time for use (not distribution) of the most harmful drugs

 @9MWVKB6Labouranswered…10mos10MO

Yes, but drug production and selling should still be criminal offences. Drug possession and use should be treated as a medical condition and the user should receive mandatory help with addiction and psychological help to address the underlying cause of why they take drugs

 @9PQBMWKanswered…9mos9MO

This depends on the drugs used.If they are under 18 and had been exploited into county lines they should be decriminalised.Otherwise it will depend on the drug used, how much of the drug there was, the behavior of the criminal and the situation.

As I've already mentioned, education needs to be focused first and foremost

 @92P8MKTanswered…3yrs3Y

Yes and more affordable resources for rehabilitation and education surrounding drug use should be made available. Drug charges for marijuana and other low class drugs or prescription based charges should be dropped.

 @8ZV75TQanswered…3yrs3Y

Drug addicts shouldn't face any punishment when caught, but be forced to go into rehabilitation.

 @8V9MPVZLabouranswered…4yrs4Y

Yes. If people re using drugs, most of the time they are using them to cope with their own problems in life. Those people deserve help, not punishment.

 @8SP6V79answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, and increase spending on rehabilitation centers and awareness on drugs and their effects.
