Yes but not all drugs - only weed/marijuana because it would then make dealers who drug deal marijuana, have no buisness and you could limit how much someone can buy and monitor it more like alcohol

It shouldn’t be criminal to reduce the power of criminal gangs. Controlled through the government so that we can identify who drug users are. Can also probably provide at a cheaper price than criminals whilst generating tax income - the drug use will happen anyway so why not raise revenue from it? We will still have the healthcare bill from illegal use even if we don’t do this.

However drugs always provided with a view to educate to remove reliance on drugs. If a person continue to be a heavy drug user over a period of time and they are commuting other crimes or engaging in anti social behaviour there should be harsher punishments.

Yes, for cannabis use - not all drugs, and it should be taxed like tobacco products with all moneys going into the NHS

Cannabis should be legal to use and grow up to 4 plants, especially for medical reasons. Not at the silly cost of these private companies

Yes, with evidence to suggests that drugs have more positive effects than negative and on a case by case basis. Offer rehabilitation for users instead of imprisonment

Rehabilitation and decriminalisation of drugs with medicinal properties

Yes, and supply should also be legalised. It's unfair that people should have to suffer violence because of drug cartels so that someone else can get high without consequences.

Yes, but start a 1-strike rule. Addicts should no longer receive free treatment on the NHS for illnesses and injuries caused from constant drug use.

no but increase funding for addiction and decriminalise drugs that offer medical use but make sure there in the right hands
