Marijuana is the only drug here that has proven to assist with serious medical conditions ... Allow drug use to be used medically or allow drugs such as opioids in medications to continue but only in medications

No , but decriminalise drugs used for medical purposes such as mdma and magic mushrooms for ptsd and trauma related illnesses and marijuana for pain and other medicinal effects.

Yes, for all drugs, and provide funding for addiction prevention and rehabilitation, and additionally punish those dealing drugs harsher.

Yes, but regulate drugs so they cannot be mixed with harmful substance and the tax from the sales can be put back into the economy

Only done by government sectors in a safe, secure environment and to try and help reduce the amount of drug users.
